Waste Water Treatment Equipment is mainly composed of a thick directly driven, shafted steel spiral, which rotates inside the cylindrical compacting zone where screenings to be compacted are conveyed.
The compactor is equipped with a washing hopper complete with an impeller, a ball valve at the water inlet and a solenoid valve.Screenings fall into the washing hopper that fills up with water.
 The impeller moves screenings together with the water to separate solids from organic particles. After washing, the hopper empties and a rotating shafted spiral conveys the solids to the compacting where screenings are dehydrated and conveyed to the outlet. 
The liquid produced by compaction and washing is reintroduced into the purification process through the screening channel.

The waste water enters the dewatering machine. The sludge then moces towards the sludge cake outlet under pressure of helical screw blades. Since, the pitch becomes narrower towards the outlet of sludge cake, so the sludge starts dewatering due to heavier pressure. The water comes out from the space between the fixed and moving plates and the sludge is discharged for the sludge outlet.

VWP Shafted Washer Compactors mainly consist of a thick steel shafted, directly driven spiral which rotates inside the cylindrical compacting zone into which the screenings to be compacted are conveyed.
Screenings fall into the compactor hopper from which a rotating shafted spiral conveys solids to the compacting zone where they are dewatered and, at the same time, conveyed to the outlet. The compacting zone is equipped with spray nozzles for washing organic matter contained in the screenings. The liquid produced by washing and compacting is transferred back to the purification process through the screening channel.
