PVD Travelling Bridges for Grease and Grit Removal are used to remove grease and grit in both municipal and industrial waste water treatment plants.

The waste water enters the dewatering machine. The sludge then moces towards the sludge cake outlet under pressure of helical screw blades. Since, the pitch becomes narrower towards the outlet of sludge cake, so the sludge starts dewatering due to heavier pressure. The water comes out from the space between the fixed and moving plates and the sludge is discharged for the sludge outlet.

Waste Water Treatment Equipment is mainly composed of a thick directly driven, shafted steel spiral, which rotates inside the cylindrical compacting zone where screenings to be compacted are conveyed.
The compactor is equipped with a washing hopper complete with an impeller, a ball valve at the water inlet and a solenoid valve.Screenings fall into the washing hopper that fills up with water.
 The impeller moves screenings together with the water to separate solids from organic particles. After washing, the hopper empties and a rotating shafted spiral conveys the solids to the compacting where screenings are dehydrated and conveyed to the outlet. 
The liquid produced by compaction and washing is reintroduced into the purification process through the screening channel.

VWP Shafted Washer Compactors mainly consist of a thick steel shafted, directly driven spiral which rotates inside the cylindrical compacting zone into which the screenings to be compacted are conveyed.
Screenings fall into the compactor hopper from which a rotating shafted spiral conveys solids to the compacting zone where they are dewatered and, at the same time, conveyed to the outlet. The compacting zone is equipped with spray nozzles for washing organic matter contained in the screenings. The liquid produced by washing and compacting is transferred back to the purification process through the screening channel.

The MIT Mini-Treatment Plant carries out up to three different processes with the smallest ever overall dimennsions.

GVL Mechanical Screens consist of a steel frame and a bar filter, varying according to the screening efficiency required. GVL features highly resistant galvanized steel chains transmission shaft and upper sprocket and a filtration zone with individually repleaceable bars section. GVL screens are used for coarse screening in both municipal and industrial waste water plants.

The GVL model was developed with the aim of obtaining a highly industrialized product with new standards that combine the known reliability (due to thousands of installations of bar screens during the last 25 years) with low purchase, management and maintenance costs.

GVS Sub-vertical Mechanical Screens consist of a robust steel frame and a perforated plate filter varying according to the screening efficiency required.
GVS screens, which are equipped with brushes and wiper blades, are suitable for fine screening of sewage in both municipal and industrial plants, as well as, in particular, for process water of industrial processing plants.

VFA DM Septage Receiving Stations consist of a dual motor drive system, a perforated plate drum screen complete with screw conveyor, and a compaction zone, all installed in a tank.

PAR Penstocks mainly consist of a steel frame, a steel gate, a neoprene sealing system sliding inside the frame, a stem, and a manual drive system complete with control wheel.PAR Penstocks are regularly used for a number of operations in both municipal and industrial waste water treatment plants.
Generally they serve the purpose of:

• Isolating a piece of equipment;
• Shutting off a whole part of a plant;
• Controlling water level and / or flow rates.

PAR Penstocks are fitted into walls (to close circular, square or rectangular openings/windows) or into channels (with frame enclosed in the concrete).
In case of large gate sizes PAR Penstocks are usually equipped with a gear reduction unit complete with electric actuator.

The DSP Grit Trap is used to remove sand from sewage in waste water treatment plants.
The equipment consists of a drive unit complete with a central bearing, two steel blades operated by an impeller and a central air lift pipe.

GVB Mechanical Screens consist of a robust steel frame and a bar filter, varying according to the screening efficiency required.
GVB screens are used for coarse screening in both municipal and industrial waste water plants.

RTV Internally Fed Rotating Drum Screens are suitable for pre-treatment of both municipal and industrial waste water treatment, as well as MBR plants.
RTV Drum Screens are made up of a tank and a spiral connected to the drum for conveying of screenings.
The drum is manufactured from a perforated stainless steel sheet.

The GRITSEP DS Grit Classifier consists of an inclined screw conveyor with a large volume decanting hopper for sedimentation including a water inlet and outlet spout, a shaftless screw housed in a trough, a low-friction anti-wear trough liner, a trough cover, an outlet spout for solid particles, and a drive unit mounted at the outlet end. Water to be cleaned flows through the inlet spout of the Classifier into the decanting hopper where sedimentation of the solid particles takes place. 

PVD Grease and Grit Removal Travelling Bridges are used to remove grease and grit from rectangular tanks in both municipal and industrial waste water treatment plants.

The TSF2 and TSF3 compact pre-treatment plants efficiently combine between two, respectively three functions of pre-treatment of sewage from civil or industrial installations.
